We are currently engaged in the provision of cartographic and layout design services for range of printed atlases, in the provision of a web mapping portal for EMODnet Human Activities and in data capture services for a Roadless Logging project. From improving driving conditions on European roads, to regional aid for economically deprived regions, there is a need to collect, manage and store vast quantities of information to provide better understanding of issues affecting resource planning and policymaking. This is a natural area for digital mapping techniques and Geographic Information Systems, which enables multiple disparate databases to be integrated and queried based on their locational characteristics.
