Requirement
Tower Hamlets Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) whose purpose is to deliver high quality housing services for residents living in Council homes within the Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The organisation held out-dated and inaccurate CAD data and associated PDF files of grounds maintenance areas within the 180 estates that they manage.
Solution
gi Perspective completely recreated the spatial dataset referenced to Ordnance Survey MasterMap data, and further updated the maps based on recent ground survey information. Statistical reports were generated for the purposes of re-calculating rental values and renegotiating grounds maintenance contracts.
The data was supplied in both GIS format, and as separate A3 PDF maps.
Result
Our GIS Consultant delivered and installed the GIS dataset onsite at Tower Hamlets, providing bespoke training in the new GIS dataset for ArcGIS users.
